Founded in 1994 in Galicia, A Conserveira produces two lines under distinct names. Selección covers hand-packed shellfish and fish chosen during the season at peak condition. Tradición covers pole-caught albacore tuna belly, xoubas sardines fished O Xeito style, and zamburiñas scallops from the rías. The same cannery, the same women packing by hand, two different philosophies about what the rías offer.
