The Marseille-themed product line of Conserverie Ferrigno, produced at the same family cannery in Port-Saint-Louis-du-Rhône, Provence. The range references the legend of the sardine that supposedly blocked the entrance to Marseille's old port, a tall tale that has attached itself to the city since the 18th century. Oven-baked sardines, prepared by hand, with Provençal flavour profiles including pastis, pissaladière, and pescadou.
