British fish, including Mount's Bay sardines, line-caught mackerel, Brixham cuttlefish, and Lyme Bay mussels, is sourced direct from the Brixham fleet and canned by hand by artisan partners in Asturias, northern Spain. A deliberately conservas-style approach to British seafood.
