North Evia

North Evia is the commercial brand of Filaretos Bros Salted Fish Industry, established in 1966 in Asminio village in the northern part of Euboea (Evvoia), Greece. Family-owned and currently run by Stathis and Dimitris Filaretos, the company specialises in salted and marinated anchovies from the surrounding Aegean waters. The brand exports internationally and supplies specialty retailers and foodservice buyers through large-format bulk tins as well as consumer packaging.
