iCan

iCan is a small Icelandic producer based in Grindavik on the Reykjanes Peninsula, specialising in wild-caught cod liver preserved in its own oil. Operating under the legal name iCan Sales ehf, the company produces cod liver tinned in 120g cans, a traditional Nordic delicacy prized for its rich flavour and high concentration of omega-3 fatty acids, vitamins A and D. Sourced from the cold, clean waters surrounding Iceland, iCan's cod liver reflects a centuries-old Icelandic fishing tradition brought to a modern export format.
