One of the leading licensed fugu processors in Yamaguchi Prefecture, Japan's fugu capital. Products include grilled fugu, fugu senbei, and canned fugu preparations. Sold as a regional speciality across Yamaguchi and distributed through department stores, airport shops, and train station stores throughout western Japan.
