Bokksu

A Japanese snack and grocery brand founded in 2015 by Danny Taing in New York, sourcing artisanal snacks and pantry products directly from family-run makers in Japan. The Bokksu Market grocery platform includes a range of Japanese tinned fish, including shirasu whitebait anchovies from Miyazaki Port in flavours including yuzu pepper, mentaiko cod roe, and black pepper and basil. Distributed direct-to-consumer across more than 100 countries.
