Ingredients1 tin Sardinha Sardines in Spicy Olive Oil and Chili Pepper 150g spaghetti or linguine 2 cloves garlic, sliced Zest of half a lemon Handful of chopped parsley Salt to taste Instructions: Cook the pasta until al dente. Reserve 1/4 cup of pasta water. In a pan, gently heat the sardines, oil, and sliced garlic. Break the sardines slightly. Add the cooked pasta and reserved water to the pan. Toss everything together.
