The tinned-fish specialist Jonathan Larrad and his partner launched online in 2022, a sibling to his Spanish shop turned toward premium conservas more broadly. Sardines, mussels, tuna belly, cockles and octopus from the better Iberian and European houses, sold to a Canadian audience that has taken to sea-cuterie.
